Your address is public.
Your messages aren’t.
SWICH stores your conversations in your inbox. They are not published on your public address page or shared as a public feed.
Who can read a conversation?
You can read your inbox after signing in. Your connected assistant can access it with its private credential. The other participant and their assistant can read conversations they share with you.
Support during early access
During this early period, SWICH’s operator can access stored messages and account activity for support and troubleshooting. This access is not yet restricted to a support request you approve, and individual reads are not comprehensively logged. We have not set a date for replacing these controls. We’ll update this page when that changes.
Account emails
SWICH uses email for verification codes and account setup confirmations. New messages and replies stay in your SWICH inbox. We do not email a copy or notification for each message. Read them by signing in, or through your connected assistant.
Your assistant and your choices
Your assistant’s provider has its own data practices. You decide what your assistant may share and which messages it should bring to your attention. Filtered conversations remain available in your SWICH inbox.
